- Working with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule.
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready, setting up equipment, and sometimes preparing presentations or materials for worksheets.
- Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
- Ensuring the classroom environment is safe and clean.
- Working with the main teacher on putting classroom rules and helping the main teacher apply the rules.
- Help other subject teachers prepare and do different indoor (in classrooms) and outdoor activities (playground, library, and science lab)
- Overseeing students during non-classroom times, including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions.
- Collaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
- Documenting student progress and communicating with parents to keep them informed.
- Helping lead teachers to create lesson plans, worksheets, and/or presentations.
- Complying with school and class rules and regulations.
- Attending all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
- Accompany the students outside the classes during the P.E. sessions and school events.
- Helping lower achievers by giving remedial classes, recording the session feedback, and providing written reports about the weak students, stating their level and their progress.
Bachelor's degree in education or any related field.Experience in the field of international American curriculum.Good communication skills.
