Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various industries and geographies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring expectations.
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage top talent globally.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent availability and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters in the team.
  • Attend client meetings, both virtually and in-person (if required), to discuss hiring strategies and progress updates.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.Proven experience working with international clients/accounts (GCC, Europe, USA, etc.) is a preferableStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.Strong organizational and reporting skills.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
