Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns from awareness to conversion
* Develop and adapt content across multiple platforms (ads, email, website, social media)
* Work closely with the creative and design teams to bring campaigns to life
* Monitor performance across all digital channels and make data-driven improvements
* Lead and participate in full-funnel campaign planning and execution
* Stay up-to-date with digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools
* Maintain a consistent and compelling digital presence aligned with brand strategy
What We’re Looking For:* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Real estate experience is a plus)* Understanding of digital funnels and customer journeys* Ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns, and cross-functional tasks effectively* Strong content sense with a balance between creativity and data-backed decisions* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance* Innovative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness* Clear and confident communicator — both written and verbal* A proactive team player with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
