Maintenance Planner & Spare parts warehouse keeper
Job Description:
- Ensures parts and equipment are available for maintenance and repair activities.
- Recording maintenance activities on SAP System.
- Responsible for requesting new items and follow up on delivery till stocked in the store room.
- Coordinate with purchasing team for spare parts and services contracting.
- Coordinate offers with purchasing team , and forwards the technical acceptance to purchasing.
- Follow up on bill and invoice payment and creating payment orders.
- Coordinate running service contract renewals with purchasing team.
- Manage maintenance spare parts warehouse stock levels and spares dispense.
- Make reports on maintenance spares and services costs on routine basis.
- Managing external repair activities.
- Audit spare parts storage.
- Executes the governmental regulatory compliance including reporting requirements.
- Manage day to day processing of Supplier payment.
- To organize fixed asset disposal operations.
- Update, correct, and maintain equipment files. Ensure new equipment files have information needed for maintenance and make recommendations on stores stock parts.
