Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT manager to lead our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructures, implementing innovative solutions, and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management: Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors.
Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
ERP Systems: Experience working on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
