- We are currently seeking two proactive and results-driven Area Sales Managers, one based in Cairo and the other in Alexandria, to lead and grow our sales operations within their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Expand and manage a strong customer base including ready-mix plants, contractors, and consultants
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key clients
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure effective product usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction materials or chemical admixtures industryProven sales track record and strong client networkSolid understanding of the concrete and construction industry in EgyptExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, performance-oriented, and capable of working independentlyFluency in both Arabic and EnglishMust be a resident of Cairo or Alexandria (depending on location applied for)Owning a private car is a mustValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
