Operative Marketing Specialist

  • Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.

1-2 years of proven experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or a related field.Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.Good knowledge of spoken and written English.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.Willingness to travel occasionally for events or field activities.
