Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the entire sales team, including Property Consultants and Sales Managers.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and investors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales efforts.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of high-performing sales staff.
- Lead high-level negotiations and support the team in closing major deals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal policies.
Requirements:12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Deep understanding of the real estate market, off-plan and resale dynamics, and project life cycles.Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to drive performance.Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate platforms. Preferred Qualifications:MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.Strong network in the real estate market, including developers, investors, and agencies.
