About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Odoo Project Manager with techno-functional expertise to manage ERP initiatives related to Finance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with clients or organizations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves both project leadership and hands-on functional involvement, with an emphasis on structure, documentation, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP-related initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain
- Oversee project planning, timelines, and task coordination
- Provide techno-functional support on Odoo modules (especially Finance & Supply Chain)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and guide functional decisions
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation
- Business processes
- Functional specs
- User guides & training material
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and system readiness activities
- Ensure smooth collaboration between business users and technical contributors
Must-Have:5-8 years of experience in Odoo ERP (project and functional roles)Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modulesExperience working with Saudi-based businesses or clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation and coordination capabilitiesPreferred:Certifications (Odoo, PMP, Agile, etc.)Familiarity with retail or distribution environments
