- Analyze and interpret the mechanical Shop drawings and coordinate with the other sectors.
- Follow up on the execution progress and ensure the time schedule is going well.
- Create RFI / RFP in case the need to change the shop drawing.
- Create Mechanical plans.
- Create a breakdown of the Plumbing plan and distribute the workload on the Plumbing foremen.
- Continuous cooperation with the site Construction Manager to monitor the time plan.
- Continuous cooperation with the Procurement Department to assure the availability of raw materials according to the work needs.
- Continuous cooperation with the technical office department on-site to review the shop drawing.
- Create monthly invoices with clients and preparing all the related quantity survey submittals.
- Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.
