Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry.Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
