- Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tours for individual and group clients.
- Liaise with travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Develop detailed itineraries, including sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing expert advice and customized travel solutions.
- Monitor tour progress and address any issues or changes that arise during the trip.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to maximize value and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure all tours comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve future tour offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and tour documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
1-3 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and supplier interactions.Proficiency in using travel management software and standard office applications.Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for travel.Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
