  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Egavet’s vision and growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management, training programs, and career development plans.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the HR team, ensuring a proactive and strategic HR function.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).5–7 years of experience in HR management; industrial or FMCG background is a plus.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
