Job Summary:

The Payroll & Personnel Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process and personnel administration. This role ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee the payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.

Personnel Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management.
  • Monitor payroll budgets and provide insights for cost management.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel management.Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred Skills:Professional certification in payroll (e.g., CPP) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP).Experience with labor law compliance and reporting.Proficiency in payroll system.
