• Effective communication with customers and engaging with requests, troubleshooting and providing on job training
• Monthly visits to customer sites , collecting data , analyzing costs and productions
• Performing quality surveys and check ups to customer sites
• Ability to lean about Fabric Care washing programming and related dosing systems
• Implementing new solutions, products and services
• Supporting activities in hospitality water treatment field (swimming pools, boilers, chillers and cooling towers)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical field.1 year of relevant experience in application engineering or a similar technical support role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer interaction.Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and schematics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and technologies is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
