- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the technology and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill rates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position BillQode as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including digital platforms and professional networks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
