  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for call center operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging analytics tools relevant to customer service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and standards within the team.

1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, an MO.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with call center metrics and customer service operations is a plus.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
