Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, domain controllers, Active Directory, backups, GPOs, and user profiles.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations and system changes.
- Troubleshoot systems and coordinate with teams/vendors for issue resolution.
- Monitor datacenter hardware, storage, and logs daily using diagnostic tools.
- Design and implement new systems and train staff for efficient deployment.
- Apply high-availability strategies like load balancing and disaster recovery.
- Perform regular backups using Veritas, WSB, NTBackup, and Veeam.
- Operate service-dedicated servers via System Center and related tools.
- Audit server logs and system activities for errors and security threats.
- Support Microsoft cloud services including Exchange Online, Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field1 - 3 years of experience in administering/implementing or maintaining different types of Operating systems (Microsoft products, Linux, UNIX, etc.).Working knowledge of Microsoft certifications such as MCSE and MCITPHands-on experience with VMware VCP virtualization technologiesProficiency in SCCM (all versions) for system configuration and managementFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services and Exchange OnlinePractical experience with Office 365 applications
