Sky Logistics is seeking a highly skilled A/R Section Head to lead and supervise our Accounts Receivable team across multiple logistics functions at our Head Office and East Port Said Port. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the AR team handling logistics and port operations.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Handle complex shipping documentation and customer contracts.
Apply in-depth knowledge of Egyptian VAT law, corporate tax, and IFRS in day-to-day operations.
Identify and mitigate financial risks related to accounts receivable (e.g., bad debts, delayed payments).
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AR-related issues.
Report on AR aging, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.8–10 years of proven experience in AR, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Solid understanding of taxation, IFRS, and VAT law.Experience dealing with complex contracts and logistics documentation.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
