- Lead the creation and refinement of technical files and tech packs, including detailed garment specifications, construction techniques, and finishing methods.
- Oversee the development and regular updating of size charts, ensuring alignment with brand fit standards based on fitting sessions and seasonal adjustments.
- Conduct and supervise fit evaluations, document fit notes, and recommend construction adjustments to enhance product quality and consistency across all sizes.
- Partner closely with the Quality Assurance and Pattern Making teams to address fit issues, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement long-term improvements.
- Manage and maintain a well-organized library of fabric swatches, trims, and technical references for ongoing and future collections.
- Prepare and deliver detailed presentations on size modifications, print placements, and design adjustments for internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of data, including colors, sizes, and fabrics, in the Range Plan Sheet and related databases.
- Mentor junior technical designers and provide guidance on best practices in technical specification and garment construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts (Fashion Section) or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in technical design within the fashion industry, preferably in women's wear.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe Illustrator for creating technical sketches and specifications.Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across design, QA, and production teams.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
