-Participate in the application of sustainable farming practices and the adoption of modern agricultural technologies.
-Coordinate with the irrigation and landscaping teams to ensure integration of agricultural systems within the project scope.
-Analyze soil samples and recommend appropriate treatments to enhance soil health and crop yield.
-Keep records of field operations, inputs, and results for reporting and future planning.
-Research and stay up-to-date on agricultural trends, tools, and innovations relevant to the role.
-Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
-Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation related to field activities and agricultural outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in agricultural engineering or landscape management, preferably within large-scale real estate or resort projects.Strong knowledge of soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable agricultural practices.Experience with plant selection, pest management, and disease control in diverse environments.Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards relevant to agricultural operations.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and leadership skills.Willingness to work on-site and oversee field operations as required.
