We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a solid background in payroll administration, recruitment coordination, training programs, and medical file management.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- Maintain and update employees’ medical files and coordinate with medical insurance providers.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records , HR documentation, and database
- Support general HR functions and employee engagement activities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role. (Industry background is a must ).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
