- Handle and manage all reports and updates of the tax department to the Tax Manager.
- Oversee all types of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, Salary Tax, Withholding Tax, Real Estate Tax) and ensure related matters are handled appropriately.
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting is submitted accurately and on time, including tax provisions.
- Reconcile tax-related accounts between the Trial Balance (TB) and tax declarations, ensuring documentation supports any discrepancies.
- Lead and manage tax inspections initiated by the Egyptian Tax Authority, acting as the process owner from start to finish.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and follow up on project timelines, providing timely updates to the finance leadership.
- Work closely with other functions to provide GL analysis that matches statutory financial and addresses any queries regarding tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external tax consultants to ensure accurate and complete tax filings and compliance.
- Manage the relationship with external tax consultants, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of tax declarations.
- Provide the external tax consultant with the required analysis, documentation, and necessary support to finalize tax filings.
5-7 experience preferably in accounting officesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
