Parts Service Sales Engineer (PSSR)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote parts and service solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts, service packages, and maintenance solutions for heavy equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and services, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment condition and provide expert advice on preventive maintenance.
  • Achieve sales targets for parts and service contracts through proactive account management and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service agreements in CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures in all sales and service activities.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction machinery sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, power systems, and related components.Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Must own a car.
