Sales Director - Spare Parts

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the spare parts division.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the transportation and maintenance sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and the development of promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance team performance.

Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 15 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the spare parts or automotive industry.Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
