Sales Marketing Executive

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business reach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Experience in carton boxes or packaging is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
