HR Manager

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Oversee and improve performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-6 years of progressive experience in human resources management.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.Proficiency with HRIS and common office software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
