- Lead and manage all phases of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) project execution from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project plans.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
- Oversee procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate project handover, commissioning, and close-out activities, ensuring all documentation and as-built drawings are completed.
Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of experience in MEP project management or a related engineering field.Proven ability to manage multiple MEP projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within construction projects.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle full-time, onsite responsibilities.Demonstrated leadership abilities at a mid-level career stage, with experience supervising teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands require.
