Telesales Agent

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s range of curtains and upholstery fabrics.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within specified timeframes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve any issues or objections professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telesales campaigns and strategies.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position the company’s products.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product expertise.

1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer service role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Professional attitude and a customer-centric approach.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
