Executive Secretary

  • Manage & Maintenance executive schedules ( appointments, meetings and conferences
  • Preparing meetings & agenda and Take minutes 
  • Organizing & Priorities incoming communication ( emails, phone & calls)
  • Preparing reports, presentations 
  • Maintaining & Organize files and records ( Hard copy and soft copy)
  • Follow up office requirements & Maintenance of equipment 
  • Act as apoint of contact between executive and internal staff and external clients 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration 3-5 years of proven experience in a samilar executive support or high- level as administrative role Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong organizational & time management skills Attention to details & high level of Accuracy Proficiency in Ms office program & Google drive ( document & calendar,…..)
