  • Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company strategy.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Handling the company complies with all required government inspections and deadlines related to HR tasks such as Labor Office and Social Insurance.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
