- Source qualified personal trainers via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, etc.
- Build a pipeline of trainers segmented by location and availability
- Communicate Sporship’s value and close potential trainers
- Own the full onboarding process from first message to activation
- Create and maintain internal tracking systems for trainer flow
- Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, no-show rate, activation bottlenecks
- Support trainer-related issues in coordination with Customer Service
- Boost trainer satisfaction and loyalty through communication and engagement initiatives
- Suggest and manage trainer content: testimonials, onboarding videos, campaigns
- Identify recurring challenges and propose structural improvements
