Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production processes and ensure adherence to production plans and timelines
- Implement and follow up on quality control procedures throughout the production cycle
- Inspect raw materials and finished garments for defects or quality issues
- Coordinate with production staff to resolve quality-related issues on the spot
- Maintain proper documentation of production records, quality reports, and audits
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Work closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure product specifications are met
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field1–2 years of experience in production or quality control within the clothing/garment industryFamiliarity with garment production processes and quality standardsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)Good communication and teamwork skillsBased in Cairo, Egypt
