Call Center Representative

Full-time – 5 days a week – 7 hours per day
Rotating shifts (includes two days off + public holidays)

Job Responsibilities:
* Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
* Provide support and information to donors and answer inquiries
* Handle complaints and feedback efficiently
* Accurately record call data and follow up as needed
 


Required Qualifications:* Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in the same field* Male candidates only, maximum age: 27* Strong communication and excellent customer service skills* Active listening skills and ability to understand and address caller inquiries effectively* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations* Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours* Experience or knowledge of CRM systems is a plus* Proficiency in English is a plus
