- Place export orders for new store openings and replenish stock for existing stores.
- Manage the full export logistics process from order placement to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Monitor and control inventory levels; set minimum and maximum thresholds.
- Coordinate with warehouses for timely picking, packing, and labeling.
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, warehouse) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
- Arrange shipments and negotiate rates with freight carriers.
- Track and monitor all export shipments; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve logistical efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; coordinate with the finance team for billing validation.
- Resolve export-related issues such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing for all export activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in export logistics or international supply chain coordination.Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
