- Follow up on the execution of daily maintenance and the distribution of technical tasks inside the workshop in coordination with the Chief Technician.
- Monitor the implementation of the periodic maintenance plan according to approved schedules, identify obstacles, and propose suitable solutions.
- Receive and track all technical tasks in the workshop, including roadside breakdowns, and open the necessary maintenance orders.
- Supervise the distribution of technicians, ensure their adherence to work schedules, and monitor the efficiency of daily performance.
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance conducted at external service centers and ensure completion according to required standards.
- Respond to and continuously follow up on maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and accident communications through designated channels (groups) in coordination with the Maintenance and Fleet Managers.
- Oversee the preparation of new vehicles in coordination with the Fleet Department to ensure readiness for operation.
- Coordinate external maintenance assignments when needed.
- Request urgent spare parts necessary for immediate repairs to avoid work stoppages.
- Follow up on the preparation of vehicles for periodic and technical inspections.
- Take full responsibility for maintenance drivers and monitor their compliance with assigned tasks.
- Prepare a comprehensive weekly report of all executed maintenance work and the general condition of the fleet.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or service center management.• Good knowledge of dealerships and technical repair methods.• Strong ability to manage technical teams and coordinate with other departments.• Good communication skills and proficiency in preparing technical reports.
