- Develop 3D MEP models using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings and documentation for construction.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company/project protocols.
- Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and quality control checks.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.4+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Good communication and organizational skills.
