Sales Engineer

  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Research and identify potential clients and new opportunities in the interior woodwork market (e.g., hotels, resorts, residential compounds, luxury offices, private villas- jewelry shops).
    • Build and foster strong, lasting relationships with consultants, real estate developers, contracting companies, interior designers, and direct clients.
    • Accurately understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for interior woodwork, including doors, wall panels, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, built-in furniture, and decorative wooden elements.
    • Prepare and present technical and commercial offers and proposals to clients, negotiating contract terms to ensure sales targets and profitability are met.
    • Continuously follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Technical Support & Product Knowledge:
    • Explain the technical details of products and services related to woodwork, including wood types, finishes, accessories, and manufacturing processes.
    • Provide technical support to clients and answer their inquiries regarding design, materials, installation, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and constructability of proposed solutions, meeting technical and quality standards.
    • Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance the company's image and products.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, new opportunities, project status, and competitive analysis.
    • Monitor market trends, new industry techniques, and innovative materials in the field of interior woodwork to provide strategic recommendations.
    • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Applied Arts (Interior Design), or a related field.Experience: Minimum of [3-5]+ years of experience in technical sales (Sales Engineering) or business development, with a strong focus on interior woodwork, joinery, or high-end interior finishes.Profound understanding of various wood types, veneers, laminates, finishes, and fittings used in interior design.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior design details, and woodwork specifications.Familiarity with the manufacturing and installation processes of custom carpentry and furniture.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD is a plus.Good knowledge of quality standards and safety in manufacturing and installation.Strong and proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both Arabic and English.Ability to build strong professional relationships and trust with clients.Proactive and initiative-taking personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Passion for excellence and quality in woodwork and interior design.
