  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.Prefer to Have experience at least 1 year as Technical Talent AcquisitionProven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
