0-3 years of experience in a presales, technical support, or related role.Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.Certifications related to ITIL or specific ManageEngine products would be an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Very good command of English (both written and spoken).Ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and address objections effectively.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams.
