- Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Project Manager or Team Leader.
- Prepare indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan).
- Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with complete scope of works and unit rate pricing.
- Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier.
- Liaise and Co-ordinate with Designer and Contractor/Supplier regarding tender query and response during tendering process.
- Liaise and assist with Client during tender bids opening, evaluation, analysis and clarification with Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier.
- Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 year of working experience related to cost estimate, cost management, payment certification.Good knowledge computer software in AutoCAD. P6, MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Points).
