- Assist in the preparation and review of tender/RFQ documents, including project bill of materials, technical specifications, drawings, and schedules, to ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals in compliance with the engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc...
- Prepare and organize tender documentation and ensure compliance with tendering guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and data necessary for tender submissions.
- Conduct meetings with clients and suppliers to achieve tender requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to support tendering activities and decision-making.
- Conduct comparison studies for suppliers’ quotations and develop breakdown cost estimations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 1 year of experience in electrical engineering rolesKnowledge of electrical drawings, cable sizing, and power distributionBasic exposure to PLC or SCADA systems is a plusSolid understanding of engineering standards, tendering procedures, and cost estimationExperience with oil & gas, industrial, or EPC projects preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and tendering toolsStrong documentation and presentation skills
