- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone, ticketing system, and emails.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
- Prepare, maintain & troubleshoot desktops, laptops and MACs.
- Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLANs, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, etc. is preferred.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Resolving LAN and WAN network issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining internet lines, antivirus software, and firewall incidents.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed
Bachelor of Engineering- Computer or Computer Science or any related field.Experience from 2 to 3 Years.Familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software.Deep knowledge of operating systems, Network equipment and enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.General knowledge of IT infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers, FirewallsCCNA & MCSAStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Very good in EnglishGood communication ability, both written and verbal.Personable, professional demeanor.
