  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Setting annual and monthly action plan to meet goals
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance, providing regular updates to Up manager
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients 
  • Follow  all  leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic direction and sales tactics
  • Organize and follow up marketing campaign to targeted customer segmentation
  • Follow up with execution team the result of campaign and conversion rate to sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the Marketing teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Preparing the monthly performance report to up manager to measure which objectives are achieved

Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Interior design and finishes industry.Strong knowledge of the Interior design and finishes terminology Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Experience in customer support is a plusLeadership and managerial level skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mind set.Time management and planning skillsFluent in English
