Secretary

A CFO Secretary, or Executive Assistant to the CFO:

provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Financial Officer, managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various financial and operational tasks, while also serving as a confidential point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination:

Scheduling meetings, preparing necessary documentation (agendas, presentations, minutes), securing venues, and coordinating logistics for both internal and external stakeholders. 

Travel Arrangements:

Organizing and coordinating international and domestic travel, including booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and preparing travel requisitions and expense reports. 

Documentation and Filing:

Maintaining organized and confidential filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. 

Office Operations:

Ensuring smooth operation of the CFO's office, including greeting visitors and managing office supplies. 

Professionalism & Appearance Standards:

Use clear and professional verbal and written communication in both internal and external                               interactions.

Maintain a business-appropriate appearance in line with company dress code. 

 

 


Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.Experience: 1-4 years of experience.Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.Excellent communication skills.Excellent English Language.Using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc., Maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
