The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities for plastic film products. This includes building strong relationships with customers, promoting products, handling inquiries and orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
- Promote the company's plastic film products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on orders.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect market intelligence and report on customer feedback and competitor activities.
- Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend exhibitions and support customer visits.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related technical field.2–7years of experience in industrial or packaging product sales; experience with plastic films is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand product specifications and technical details.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
