- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on executive decisions.
- Prepare executive briefings, meeting summaries, and official correspondence.
- Handle confidential files and special projects with discretion.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure office efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the CEO’s absence.
Working Days: Saturdays to Thursdays
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech or high-growth companies.Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Proficiency in tools like Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, etc.
