Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Plan and execute recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates, from job posting to contract signing.
- Monitor and maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and stored according to internal policies.
- Preparing and designing the organizational structure of the company and the salary scale
- Design and manage the annual or periodic performance evaluation system and analyses results to improve employee performance.
- Preparing and designing the job description for each department
- Identify training needs and prepare development plans in coordination with different departments.
- Supervise payroll processing and employee benefits, and review incentive and bonus schemes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and follow up with government entities (e.g., Social Insurance, Labor Office).
- Resolve employee complaints and workplace conflicts, and promote a positive and motivating work environment.
- Lead and develop the HR team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Contribute to building a healthy organizational culture and enhancing internal communication across departments.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, including at least 4 years within Saudi companies.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Proven experience in using Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) or ERP platforms.Strong knowledge of labor laws.Decision-making & problem-solving.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
