- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, or digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles or packages.
- Coordinate with finance, delivery, and CRM teams to complete sales cycle.
- Follow up with potential leads to increase conversion rates.
- Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
- Support virtual showroom sales, ensuring all customer questions are addressed clearly.
- Prepare and share price quotes, product specifications, and documentation as needed.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status, deals closed, and customer feedback.
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field.2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, call center, or digital platforms.Familiarity with CRM systems is a must.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
