- Analyze SME portfolio data (disbursements, repayments, delinquency, customer profiles, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
- Track and report KPIs related to SME RM, Sales Managers, and regions.
- Support target setting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- implement monthly incentive models for SME line staff based on approved performance criteria.
- Calculate monthly incentives accurately, ensuring alignment with business rules and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Business Units to validate and process incentive payouts on time.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for monitoring SME portfolio performance and staff productivity.
- Use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize key business metrics for senior management and field teams.
2–4 years in business analysis, incentive modeling, or performance reporting, preferably in financial services, lending, or microfinance. Experience with SME portfolio analysis is strongly preferred.
